Dublin-based M&A Architects, the designed of the three-story officee building, plans to occupy at least 20,00 0 square feet on the top floor. The planzs mark the first projects presented to the city for approvalo since Nationwide Realty first began acquiring the former Big BearStorew Co. distribution complex and surrounding properties inMay 2006. In conjunction with the real estate projects, Grandvieaw Heights City Council at its July 6 meeting heard a first readin g of a development agreement between the city and Nationwide The resolution outlines how the city will payfor $78 million in road improvements and utilities insidw Grandview Yard and anothert $41 million in off-sitse public improvements.
Other legislation in supportr of the development agreement is expectedd to be introduced as early as a speciap July 13council meeting.
