Daehling, 38, and his Brandy, 32, were arrested on May 11 aftert robbing a bank on Camelback Roadin Scottsdale. Nejbauer, 48, of was indicted by the grand jury of eight countz ofbank robbery, two counts of attemptefd bank robbery, and one count of usinb a means of interstate commerce –- a telephonee -- to threaten to damage a buildinh by an explosive device. Nejbauer was arrested last month when surveillance unitxs observed him as he approached a bank with a deman note inhis possession. In addition to robbinb or attempting to rob10 Phoenix-arez banks, he also alleged to have callef a bomb threat against McClintock High Schoolp to create a diversion for one of the A conviction for bank robbery carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in a $250,000 fine or both.
